Mr. Greg Gorton,  Operations Manager for Kaiser Aluminum said, “We asked you to provide a group of 40 highly specialized technicians and operators that others could not.  Our hope was to utilize them for a short period while the other vendor and ourselves could eventually upgrade personnel-wise.  We were so impressed we kept them for the entire duration of our two year strike.
